About CPI

Let me introduce myself and explain how our experiences could be useful when you, or your company representatives, prepare to enter daily business and social life in a new culture, either as an expatriate or merely need to become familiar with the differences in cultural behavior which arise in international business.
My name is Bente Nielsen, and I’m the Managing Director of the Danish company Culture – Perception & Integration. A large part of my career has been spent outside Denmark, and this has taught me how important it is, that each person who is integrating into a new culture, has an understanding of how and why things are working the way they are. Failure to understand and be aware of behavior in social and business situations may cause critical misperceptions, which unfortunately often can have a negative effect on the bottom-line objectives and goals.  

At CPI, our main goal is to provide you and/or your employees with knowledge and awareness in order to understand the differences between your own and new culture, which thereby will help to ensure a successful integration – both in business and socially.
