Team Cultural Training

CULTURAL TRAINING W/TEAMS THAT WORK
IN AN INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

Often team members and their foreign counterparts hold differing cultural assumptions regarding how things should be done. It is therefore essential to ensure that the team becomes able to view both similarities and differences as assets in successful achievement of bottom-line goals. The 1-day training will employ interactive exercises and case studies.

Topics:

Obtain a general awareness of cross-culture competencies and take a closer
look at some of the major differences that exist in today’s world.

Establish each team member’s personal cultural profile and compare profiles
with key cultures/regions being served by the company.

Explore and compare the following areas in relation to the profiles of the team
    members and their foreign counterparts:
The Group & the Individual, Feelings & Relationships, How We Interact, How
We Accord Status, How We Manage Time, How We Relate to Nature & Society.

  Case studies.

Generate an action plan that contributes toward successful results for
The Individual and the Team Tasks and Goals.
